Reuse of Objects Editor

Data in the Objects Editor can be exported to the local PC. You can also import data of the Objects Editor from the local PC so that you can reuse the setting of a project in different projects and multi-developer project cooperation can be convenient.

Export

Right-click the content you want to export and select Export Data.

Select the data you want to export. In the lower part of the window, you can choose All, Inverse, and Include dependencies.

[Term] Include dependencies: This option indicates whether to include the contents attached to the selected object. For example, when the attributes of a unit are exported, if you select Include dependencies, the abilities of the unit are exported together.

You can also click Export in the upper right corner of the Objects Editor and select the data you want to export. Similarly, in the lower part of the UI, you can choose All, Inverse, and Include dependencies.

Import

Click Import in the upper part of the Objects Editor and select a folder you want to import, then the data will be combined with the contents of the object trigger. ID is the unique identifier of an object. If the imported data has the same ID as existing data in the project, the existing data in the editor will be overwritten.

Right-clicking an object, you can perform the following operations.

Select in Tool Palette: Turn to the Operation Area to place the selected object.

Restore Attribute Value: Restore the attribute of the selected object to the default state.

Restore Trigger: Restore the Object Trigger of the selected object to the default state.

Convert to Lua Code: Convert the setting of the selected object into Lua code.
